High-precision, thin-walled processing is possible with no grinding and only cutting for a medium-sized ring shape with a diameter of approximately φ100 and a thickness of 1mm!

We would like to introduce the thin-walled processing technology of Chuno Manufacturing Co., Ltd. For medium-sized ring shapes that cannot be manufactured using only conventional high-precision machines and low-distortion chucks, we have developed a unique method through a new approach. However, in reality, a thickness of 0.03mm poses strength issues, so we believe that most projects are around 0.2mm thick at a minimum.
